  1.  A certified member has signed the Ethical Collaboration Community Agreement.
  2.  A certified member has passed the Ethical Collaboration Certification Course.
  3.  A certified member is a trustworthy member of the entrepreneur community.

The Community Agreement is a simple agreement to (1) respect each others intellectual property and (2) a willingness to help others on their terms.  The Community Agreement also circumvents expensive and drawn out litigation by using mediation and arbitration for settling disputes.

The Certification Course is about a 90 minute video course that talks about several topics relating to intellectual property and startups.  For startup companies, IP is one of the most valuable – and misunderstood – elements of the company.  We discuss many different scenarios and practical solutions to protecting your IP and respecting other people’s IP.
