Respecting Our Intellectual Property

[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_custom_heading text=”What is Your IP?” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]Since the first principle of Ethical Collaboration is to respect intellectual property, we need to know what is our IP?

IP is much, much more than patents, copyrights, and trademarks.  Most of our intellectual property are trade secrets.  It can range from the terms we negotiated on our lease to the discount we gave to our favorite client.  It includes all of our internal processes and procedures, as well as the “secret sauce” of our product.

You have intellectual property in EVERYTHING that gives you a competitive advantage.

How do we respect our IP?  We respect it by protecting it as appropriate.  Nobody else will protect it for us, and we have that responsibility.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_btn title=”Learn More” color=”warning” i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-graduation-cap” add_icon=”true”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
