Anything that you create – ANYTHING – is owned by you as your intellectual property.  Your company probably has rights to all of it, but everything that is created is owned by the creator – at least initially.

Many times, your intellectual property comes from hard work, like crafting that perfect marketing message that succinctly and beautifully describes your value proposition.
